What to expect during your session
If your idea of a family session is to be directed and posed for each photo,
this may not be the session you are looking for.
The majority of our time together will be unscripted and raw. Meaning, if your child gets upset during your session, I want you to know that it’s okay. There is something special about capturing the bond between a child and there parent when you are comforting them and working through the emotions of life. Or that couple that wants to show the carefree side of themselves as they run along the beach playfully. I want to capture THAT, the true reflection of your family.
Though I have a heart for candid non traditional moments, I will still get those must have portrait like photos that you can send to your family. But the remainder of our time together will be more relaxed. Think of it as spending time with a close friend while she takes pictures of you and your family.
